Some of the earliest signs of pregnancy include fatigue, breast tenderness, and nausea, but some women don’t have any symptoms at all. The best way to figure out if you're pregnant is to take a pregnancy test after you miss a period. If you take the pregnancy test too early, there is a risk that you could have a false-negative pregnancy test. So if it's a few days and you still haven't had your period, just repeat the pregnancy test and it might be positive.
